Project Description

This competitively tendered greenfield development involved the Design & Build delivery of 48 residential units, including a mix of private and affordable homes. The project featured traditional brick-and-mortar construction and was successfully value-engineered to provide the client with £200,000 in savings while meeting all budget requirements.

More about the scheme

• The scope included the construction of adoptable roads, footpaths, and a comprehensive drainage network, featuring an Anglian Water-approved (S104) pumping station and a SuDS-compliant attenuation basin.
• Substructures were tailored to the site using a mix of traditional strip and RC raft foundations.
• Additionally, we delivered 10,000m² of hard and soft landscaping, a Local Area of Play, and a new S278-compliant site access.
