EJ Taylor offers comprehensive project guidance to clients both before and after the tender stages. With our extensive experience and expertise, we aid clients with land evaluations, budgeting, scheduling, site sequencing, construction methodologies, techniques, and value engineering. Post-tender, we adhere to schedules diligently to deliver high-quality end products. Our strong and well-trained project team, including Contracts Managers, Engineers, Site Managers, and H&SE safety consultants, ensures efficient execution. Additionally, our in-house service departments such as Plant & Transport, Information Technology, Procurement, Human Resources, and Accounts further support our operations, ensuring outstanding results.

Experience and Knowledge
The EJ Taylor division is the largest within the EJT Group, with over 25% of the team having worked for the company for more than 20 years. With a workforce of 150 staff, including 135 skilled site operatives, our division succeeds on a foundation of extensive experience and expertise. With this wealth of knowledge, along with the collective capabilities of other divisions within the EJT Group, we are privileged to offer a diverse range of services to external clients, as well as supporting our internal divisions, EJT Construction and Esmera Homes.

Our in-house HSE team have fostered a positive and robust safety culture, earning awards and accolades along the way. They are committed to maintaining the highest standards of HSE on all sites. Our training department ensure the rigorous and expert training given to our employees is current and standards are high, with tailored training and development plans specific to each job role. Sitting nicely alongside this is our extensive range of plant and equipment, maintained to the highest levels by our in-house team, ensuring we have the right tools and equipment for the task in hand.

As such, we employ outstanding health, safety, and environmental advisors who understand the demands on the teams and have worked tirelessly alongside them to meet the highest standards attainable.
As a group, we have long held an exemplary health and safety record, which is a core part of the ethics of our businesses. Since 2021, we have been awarded the highest Gold standard by RoSPA (Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents). In 2023, we achieved our ISO 45001 accreditation in health and safety, which nicely complements our ISO 9001 Quality and ISO 14001 Environmental accreditations.
