Frinton Town Centre – Public Realm Improvements

Project Description

Public realm highway and footway works throughout Connaught Avenue, Frinton which included; Kerb renewals and realignments; Highway surfacing plane out and asphalt reinstatement; Installation of new street furniture.

Phased in a way where public and local business disruption was minimised (businesses remained open and operational during their opening hours), highway disruption kept to a minimum, extensive pedestrian management, full time Traffic Management Operative, full time Resident / Business Liaison Operative, and out of hours emergency calls.

All undertaken in accordance with the testing regimes of Essex County Highways.
